Benchmarking that admits what it cannot see
Our lens for data visualization and analytics platform work around forecast accuracy benchmarking—built for teams who distrust vanity rankings.
Why benchmarks fail in the wild
Accuracy contests often reward models that look sharp on calm weeks and then collapse when promotions, weather, or festive calendars shift. Visualization can either expose that fragility or hide it behind a single score tile.
What we insist on showing
- Error distributions, not only averages.
- Bias by segment—channel, region, or price band.
- Coverage and sample size next to every ranking.
- A written limitation before any “winner” language.
Malaysia-shaped context
Festive demand, multi-warehouse routing, and mixed modern trade / traditional trade patterns change what “good accuracy” means. Our templates leave room for those calendar and channel quirks instead of pretending every SKU behaves like a textbook series.
From lens to practice
If you want facilitated critique, start with Forecast Accuracy Studio. If you need a shorter calibration for leadership decks, Dashboard Narrative Lab may fit better.
