Modules

1. Decision grain before chart chrome

Map which decision the forecast supports and which error definition actually matters.

2. Bias Trace sketches

Practice small multiples that reveal weekday and channel drift without drowning the page.

3. Coverage ribbons & sparse history

Visual patterns for intermittent demand and short SKU histories common in Malaysia retail.

4. Peer benchmark protocol

Build a comparison sheet that includes a written limitation—never a bare leaderboard.

5. Live pack critique

Bring anonymized outputs; instructors and peers mark where visuals hide volatility.

6. Leadership readout rehearsal

Deliver a calm narrative that puts accuracy context ahead of decorative KPIs.

FAQ

Do I need a specific BI tool?

No. Exercises are tool-agnostic. Bring exports from whatever stack you already use.

Is this a coding bootcamp?

No. We focus on analytic judgment and visual structure. Light spreadsheet or notebook skills help, but we do not teach a full engineering curriculum.

What is a real limitation of this course?

We do not rebuild your forecasting engine. If your underlying model pipeline is broken, Studio will make the problems clearer—but it will not ship new algorithms for you.

Can my teammate join office hours?

Yes—Accuracy Lab seating includes a guest seat for office hours. Confirm details when you contact us.

Reviews from this course

Module 4’s limitation statement stopped our “model Olympics.” We still argue about priors, but the charts no longer pretend there is a single winner.

Strong on Bias Trace. I wanted more time on hierarchical reconciliation visuals—something to add later.
